- A 24 hour notice is required for canceling all appointments 50% of your service cost will be required to pay as a fee if you don't meet the 24 hour notice - If you have cancelled consecutively before, no future bookings may be made without putting 50% as a deposit for the appointment first 90% of my clients pre-book their appointments 2/3 weeks in advance and they are normally scheduled back to back as they have been for the past 6+ years every appointment missed without enough notice is a slot I could have filled with another client that needed to come in
